When we make our organic plant-dyed apparel, we always order extra trim and elastic to make sure we don't run out. Since this elastic is very difficult to find, we are offering our extras to you so you have sustainable elastic options for your own projects.

The elastic is made with undyed GOTS certified organic cotton braided over natural rubber elastic.

Widths include 2.2mm round (~0.09 inches), 3mm (~0.12 inches), 6mm (~0.24 inches), 13mm (~0.51 inches), 18mm (~0.71 inches), 28mm (~1.1 inches) and 40mm (~1.57 inches). Made in Germany.

For replacement face mask elastic, the 2.2mm round elastic is used in our Fitted masks (2 pieces of 11.5" each), and the 3mm flat elastic is used in the Over-the-Ear masks (2 pieces of 11" or 13" for the kid and adult masks).
